Job Scopes:
- Monitor and drive quality performance
- Performing regular quality control process audits to ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance to company and customer quality requirements
- Engage and drive timely and effective failure/root-cause analysis so as to prevent reoccurrence
- Develop and implement various quality, analytical, troubleshooting and risk analysis tools
- Lead review and disposition of non-conforming materials communicate material
- Drive continuous improvement culture
- Generate regular quality reports and necessary paperworks
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- 3-5 years of experience (precision engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing background will be plus)
- Microsoft Office
- Good analysis ability
- Meticulous and responsible
