QA Engineer

1. Conduct comprehensive inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
2. Utilize various inspection tools, equipment, and techniques to accurately assess product conformance and performance.
3. Document inspection results, test data, and quality-related information accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
4. Generate detailed reports and summaries of quality inspections and testing activities for review by relevant stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances.
6. Utilize problem-solving methodologies to develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement, contributing to overall quality improvement efforts.
8. Implement and participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline processes and optimize performance.
9. Participate in internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
10. Monitor and analyze key quality metrics and indicators, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
11. Provide insights and recommendations to management for making informed quality-related decisions.
12. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
13. Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs for employees, promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Advanced Diploma & above In Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Demonstrated knowledge QC 7 Tools / FMEA / DOE / 6 Sigma / SPC / 8D.
3. Experienced in using MS-Office & Statistical Software (JMP, Minitab, Excel etc)
