QA Engineer

Responsibilities.

1. Controlled and monitored in-process quality requirements, including decision-making on product acceptance or rejection, escalation of quality issues, line stoppage for major defects, and coordination to correct abnormal processes.
2. Supervised and developed IPQC inspectors by providing training on PCBA inspection, judgment criteria, NPI handling, discipline, performance monitoring, job arrangement, and refresher training.
3. Ensured effective implementation of the QMS in the production area, compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ESD control, safety, and housekeeping standards.
4. Prepared, maintained, and managed quality documentation and reports, including first board buy-off, AQL reports, NCIR, reject rate summaries, WIP monitoring, and audit support for internal, external, and customer audits.
5. Drove quality performance by collaborating with production and QA teams to achieve KPI targets, improve yield and efficiency, and support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Science or any relate field
• Good Command in English both writing and speaking.
• Fluency in communicating in Thai is essential
• Hard working, responsible personalities
• Computer office program literacy
• Knowledge with SMT, Wave or Assembly Process
• Knowledge with PCB, PCBA or Electronics component
