What they need
Prepare yield report for PCBA and wire harnessing.
Perform/ supervise operator on visual inspection on all boards and wire harnessing.
Prepare yield report for weekly review.
Prepare Work instruction for IQC and OQA
Prepare corrective action report (CAR) if there are any complaint from customers.
Prepare 8D report if there are any complaint from customers.
Discuss and coordinate feedback from customers on weekly meeting.
Provide training to junior Eng/ AE/ Tech.
Perform Inspection for Incoming QC and Outgoing QC.
Manage Document control (CAR, ECN, Travel sheet, Training, Maintenance,
8D, Test report, QA report, wire harnessing dwg, WI and etc.).
Discuss and improve feedback from customers on weekly meeting.
