Hiring: ERP Software Tester

Role: ERP Software Tester / QA Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Software Tester with hands-on experience testing ERP functionalities and business processes. The candidate should be able to independently create test cases, execute functional and integration testing, identify defects, and validate end-to-end ERP workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop test cases and test scenarios with minimal supervision.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on ERP applications.
Test and validate end-to-end ERP business functionalities.
Understand business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
Validate B2B/B2C integrations and end-to-end data flow.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and business teams to resolve issues.
Mandatory ERP Functionality Experience
Candidates must have hands-on experience working on any ERP application and should have functional testing experience in one or more of the following areas:
Sales / Order Management Sales orders, quotations, order processing, invoicing, etc.
Production / Manufacturing Production orders, BOM, work orders, production planning, etc.
Procurement / Purchasing – Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, GRN, etc.
Inventory / Warehouse – Stock management, inventory transactions, material movement, warehouse processes, etc.
Finance / Accounting – Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, GL, financial transactions, etc.
Required Skills
1-2years of Software Testing / ERP Testing experience
Hands-on experience with any ERP application – Mandatory
Experience testing ERP functionalities/business processes – Mandatory
Good understanding of Functional Testing & Test Methodologies
Ability to develop test cases independently
Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum
B2B/B2C integration testing experience – Preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
