QA Engineer

Its customer base is well diversified and globally represented.

We are now hiring for a QA/QC Engineer, to be based in our Malaysia office (Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd).      

RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor internal quality performance and work with production team to reduce scrap.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues on the production line.
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Document and report any non-conformance or deviations.
• Preparation of Product work instruction and related document.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collect and review quality records, test reports, and inspection results.
• Coordinate between production and QA team for daily inspection and new part arrangement

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 1 year' Quality Engineering experience in precision machining environment

• Able to use basic inspection measuring equipment

• Basic knowledge on Engineering drawings, geometry tolerancing, machining process and analysis skills

• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Possess own transport and willing to work in Ulu Tiram.

• 5 working days (Mon-Fri: 8.15am to 5.30pm)
