What they need
- Deal with supplier for quality issue solving.
- Follow up corrective or preventive action replied from supplier to correct any identified non conformities.
- Record and verify the appropriate corrective or preventive action implemented.
- To hold any defectives incoming products and to advise the respective head of department.
- Responsible to service customers during their audit or visit which related with product quality.
- To attend customer or supplier or staff meeting as and when required or informed.
- Carry out other duties as and when instructed by superiors from time to time.
