QA Engineer

About the role

Lead and supervise the whole QA department including IQC, IPQC and OQC to achieve Section Quality Objectives. Ensure procedures and operations are maintained according to ISO 9001 & 14001 Quality Manual & Procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA department including IQC, IPQC and OQC sections
• Ensure procedures and operation functions are well maintained according to ISO 9001 & 14001 Quality Manual & Procedure
• Review and establish Work Instructions, Procedures, and Process flow charts for each QA section when necessary
• Coordinate with each section for problem solving on quality issues
• Establish quality control plans for new projects together with the project team
• Lead and organize weekly meetings within QA department and production, and submit monthly reports including disposition proposals for non-conformance products before the 7th of the month
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints, and supplier quality issues
• Attend and conduct audits at supplier plants based on planned interval schedules
• Ensure all measuring equipment is well maintained and calibrated within planned interval schedules
• Provide guidance and training internally and externally to all QA members

About you

• Ability to lead and supervise QA department operations
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and quality procedures
• Experience in quality control planning and implementation
• Capability to conduct supplier audits
• Experience with equipment calibration and maintenance management
• Ability to provide training and guidance to team members
• Experience with document control systems
• Capability to participate in continuous improvement activities
