QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor quality performance for FVI, automated inspection, tape-and-reel, OQA, packaging and shipment.
• Investigate product and process quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare and support 8D, CAPA, defect analysis and quality reports.
• Monitor defect rates, yield, rejection trends and other quality KPIs.
• Support OQA inspection, final quality buy-off and product release.
• Ensure product identification, labeling, documentation and traceability requirements are maintained.
• Participate in internal, customer and external audits.
• Work closely with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues.
• Support implementation of SPC, Control Plans, FMEA and other quality tools.
• Assist with NPI, process qualification and validation activities.
• Support ESD and product-handling controls in semiconductor operations.
