QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our corrugated packaging plant. You will be the champion of our quality standards—investigating production defects, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures to ensure zero-defect packaging for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Oversight: Conduct in-process inspections for corrugated board and finished boxes (checking for bond strength, scoring, print alignment, and structural integrity).
• CAPA Management: Lead the investigation of product non-conformities and document corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Root Cause Analysis: Use analytical tools (5 Whys, Fishbone) to identify the "why" behind production rejects and waste.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and minimize wastage.
• Compliance: Ensure all quality procedures align with industry safety standards (RA 11058).

Qualifications:

• Education: Fresh Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a "detective" approach to process errors.
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain quality issues to machine operators and management.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data tracking).
• Can START ASAP.

Internship experience in a box plant or manufacturing environment is a major plus!
