Qa Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium, Appium, Mobile Testing, Web Testing, and SQL and should be capable of ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide testability feedback.
• Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Testing.
• Experience in Appium for mobile application testing.
• Expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Strong experience in Web Application Testing and Mobile Application Testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation test scripts.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
