As a QA Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You'll primarily focus on manual testing while gradually building automation capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into automation testing while leveraging their manual testing expertise.

🎯Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases across web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
• Learn and implement automated test cases using Selenium or similar frameworks
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
• Participate in sprint planning and provide QA estimates
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

✅Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and bug lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, or similar automation tools (willingness to learn is key)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Good understanding of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune

⭐Nice to Have

• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with performance or security testing
• ISTQB or similar QA certification
