About the role

This role is responsible for Quality Assurance and Customer Quality functions, including managing customer complaints, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and Corrective Actions. The position involves inspecting work pieces and returned parts, analyzing quality issues, and conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with relevant departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Quality Assurance and Customer Quality functions
• Handle Customer Complaint, NCR, and Corrective Action processes; inspect and analyze quality issues from customers
• Inspect work pieces, returned parts, and sample pieces; analyze and identify root causes of problems
• Conduct on-site inspections of production processes and analyze problems in collaboration with relevant departments
• Prepare analysis reports such as CAR, NCR, and Quality Reports as needed
• Coordinate with Customer, Sales, Production, Planning, and Engineering departments
• Monitor corrective action results and prevent recurring problems
• Support IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standard systems

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Quality, QA, QC, Customer Quality, or Quality Engineering is highly valued
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality problem analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks at a practical working level (required for design, inspection, and component analysis)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use AI Tools to support data analysis, report preparation, and work efficiency
• English language communication skills at a practical working level (able to communicate with international customers and partners)
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with multiple departments
