QA Engineer

About the role

This role serves as the main point of contact for customer product quality complaints, feedback, and quality-related enquiries. You will receive, investigate, document, and monitor customer complaints through to effective resolution, coordinating with Production, QA/QC, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to investigate quality issues. You will also serve as the designated Management Representative for ISO Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customer product quality complaints, feedback, and quality-related enquiries
• Receive, investigate, document, and monitor customer complaints through to effective resolution
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to investigate quality issues
• Ensure customer complaints are responded to and resolved within the agreed timeframe
• Conduct and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using appropriate quality tools and methodologies
• Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
• Manage quality issues involving both customers and suppliers and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions
• Work closely with suppliers to investigate material, component, or product quality issues
• Participate in and support customer and supplier audits, visits, inspections, and quality assessments
• Serve as the designated Management Representative for ISO Quality Management Systems, planning and executing internal audits and leading Management Review Meetings
