What you'll do

• Control and maintain product drawings, specifications, and packaging specifications.
• Prepare sampling plans and quality-related documentation.
• Prepare and submit PPAP reports, CofC (Test Reports), and other customer-required documents.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding quality-related matters.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits.
• Analyze quality issues, test failures, and support corrective actions.
• Improve and maintain the internal Quality Management System (QMS).
• Follow up on Non-Conformance (NC) reports and corrective action activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and other quality standards.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Production Engineering or related fields).
• 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) within manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, and Quality Core Tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in coordinating, negotiating, or discussing quality matters with customers and internal stakeholders.
• TOEIC score 550+ is an advantage.
