QA Engineer

ONE Tech Stop Group of Companies is the IT arm of a Global Container Shipping Company, Ocean Network Express Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore.

ONE Tech Stop Vietnam Company Limited, in Danang, is a newly established subsidiary which specializes in the design and development of IT products for our Head Office through innovative and efficient digital solutions.

We use the agile methodology to bring out the best deliverable results in the shortest possible time. Our objective is to provide the best customer experience to Ocean Network Express and her customers.

We need a Product Owner who speaks both “business” and “engineering.” You’ll own a suite of internal web and data-driven applications, turning business goals into clear product backlogs while partnering closely with designers and engineers. You don’t have to write production code, but you should feel comfortable discussing data models, API behaviours, and system constraints so that nothing is “lost in translation.”

What you will do

• Owning a product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it.
• Run discovery workshops (Service Design, Product Design, Personas, MVP scoping, Inception Deck).
• Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team’s members.
• Explain to the development team about the product’s market & users.
• Creates the User Story Map and define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements).
• Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration).
• Perform User Acceptance Testing , validate that delivered features meet agreed functional & technical acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed.
• Translate business needs into well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that consider data flow, edge cases, and non-functional needs.
• Clarify requirements with engineers, review proposed solutions, and ensure feasibility without over-engineering.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows.
• Collaborate with UIUX designers on visual polish, ensuring consistency with the Design System.
• Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback.
• Define and validate product KPI and monitor it. Communicate with business stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

• Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX.
• Practical experience in project management/planning.
• Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.
• Communication & negotiation skill.
• Organizational & analytical skill.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Data-driven focus.
• Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development. Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus.
