QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our growing team at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical devices. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance procedures and protocols such as IQ, OQ & PQ etc
• Conducting inspections, audits, and testing to identify and address quality issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems
• Analyzing data and generating reports to track and improve quality metrics
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control measures
• Continuously seeking ways to enhance quality processes and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry
• Proficient understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 13485 and GMP
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Familiar with quality assurance tools and software, such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma
