QA Engineer (Electronics) - Electronic Components Distributor - (ID: 710834)

Job Description:

• Handle customer quality inquiries, complaints, and requests related to semiconductor products.
• Coordinate failure analysis (FA) with suppliers/ Japan HQ and communicate results to customers.
• Review technical reports, including FA, 8D reports and corrective action
• Act as the main quality interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support quality meetings, and technical discussions regarding product quality issues.
• Manage quality issues to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, and other teams to support business objectives while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate PCNs and other quality notifications with customers.
• Create, update, and sustain change control procedures for suppliers and customers.
• Review and completeness for all requested PCNs
• Monitor PCN data and performance to troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly
• Develop and maintain documentation and task list for hazardous or prohibited substance
• Support customer requests for compliance data (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, EMRT, IMDS,
• ChemSHERPA) and reliability data.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge of semiconductors.
• Communicate job status and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Handle other assigned quality-related tasks

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Science, Chemical, Engineering, or related field
• 1 year or more of technical, hazardous or prohibited substance or production in Electronics (Main in Document & Coordinate Tasks)
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor products and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand technical reports, failure analysis results, and problem-solving
• methodologies
• Basic electronics, hazardous or prohibited substance background and knowledge
• Able to communicate in English
• Provided company car and driver (Mainly, work at office)
