QA Engineer - Financial Projects/ Max 36K

Key Responsibilities

• Support UAT execution, validate system changes, and log/track defects.
• Maintain test scripts, test results, and user documentation.
• Develop Excel- and AI-based tools to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Prepare and validate data files (e.g., CSV uploads) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle daily operational and administrative tasks, including mailbox management and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 1+ year of experience in QA, Business Analysis, Operations Support, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, reporting, and automation.
• Familiarity with UAT, defect tracking, and system testing.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Able to manage both operational activities and project-based assignments in a fast-paced environment.
