QA Engineer - Fresh Graduate

• Responsible to participate on daily meeting to discuss on departmental routine and

job progress

• Responsible to understand customer and internal documents standard or

requirements

• Responsible to review documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and

compliance per customer or internal standard with endorsement before final
compilation

• Responsible to monitor and follow up the documentation updated (Drawing

Revision, Part Number Revision or Inspection Plan Revision (QP/IP) to ensure that
latest revision of the documentation implemented and followed prior final
compilation

• Responsible to review all related documentation per customer specification and

internal checklist as below: - - Material Certificate (MC) - Heat Treatment Report - Ultrasonic Testing Report (UT) - Radiographic Testing Report (RT - Positive Material Identification Report (PMI) - Dimensional Control Report (DCR) - Welding Report - Hardness Testing Report (HTR) - Stress Relief Report (SR) - Pressure Testing Report - Magnetic Particle Inspection Report (MPI) - Liquid Penetrant Inspection Report (LPI) - Coating or Painting Report (CR)

• Responsible to monitor and follow up on document pending list to ensure

documents submit on time from related supplier or internal department

• Responsible to generating regular reports on documents control metrics such as

documents status, overdue documents

• Responsible to identify the bottleneck of documents controller process and

responsible to bring up the issues for discussion and provide solution to enhance
documents readiness efficiency, accuracy and also completeness

• Responsible to work closely with various department to understand their

documents need and provide support

• Responsible to report directly to Head of Department (HOD) for documents that

repetitive have errors without any improvement taken by the team to make
necessary action

• Release of the Process Tracking Record (PTR) as need.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
