QA Engineer (Incoming)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to ensure quality control and continuous improvement of incoming materials and components.
• Support incoming inspection activities and provide technical guidance to QA Technicians/Inspectors.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance, including quality improvement and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality issues and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor process yield and identify opportunities to improve product quality and reduce quality-related issues.
• Apply QC 7 Tools, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, and other quality improvement techniques.
• Support MRB, ECO, DA changes, and other quality-related activities through full implementation.
• Ensure quality activities comply with ISO 9001 and company requirements.
• Maintain and analyze QA data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure effective communication and resolution of quality issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Experience in QA/QC, Incoming Quality Control is preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances to support incoming inspection and quality control activities.
• Basic knowledge of QC 7 Tools, SPC, and ISO 9001.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality-related environments will be an advantage.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
