Aura Wellness Group is one of Thailand’s fastest-growing aesthetics and wellness platforms, with a portfolio that includes Aura Bangkok Clinic, Aura Xpress Clinic, and AURASOL Wellness & Spa. We serve both local and international clients with a full range of beauty, skin, and wellness solutions – from Botox and fillers to laser treatments and spa programs. From our head office in Sathorn, we support a rapidly expanding network of clinics and wellness outlets in Bangkok and key provinces. We are a performance-driven, yet friendly and collaborative organisation where ideas are valued, speed matters, and people who take ownership can grow quickly.
About the role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to help us build a reliable and high-quality clinic platform across Web, Mobile, Tablet, and API layers.
This role goes beyond manual testing. You will work closely with Product Manager, Designers, and Engineers to improve requirement clarity, provide acceptance criteria, identify gaps early, and ensure that every release is safe and ready for production.
You will play an important role from requirement discussion through release, with direct impact on product quality, workflow clarity, and release confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on testing, cares deeply about quality, and wants to be part of a collaborative team where QA is involved early, not just at the end.
This role is primarily focused on manual testing, with the opportunity to expand into test automation over time as the team and product continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across Web, Mobile, Tablet, and API layers
- Design and execute risk-based test scenarios focused on real workflows such as payments, permissions, approvals, and data accuracy
- Create and maintain test cases for new features and regression coverage, using AI tools to draft and refine them before execution
- Review and double-check acceptance criteria (AC) to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable
- Work closely with the Product Manager to help gather, refine, and clarify requirements and user stories
- Join requirement discussions and provide QA input early in the process
- Design and execute risk-based testing based on real workflows such as payments, permissions, approvals, and data accuracy
- Validate data integrity across UI, APIs, and database
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to verify functionality, response structure, error handling, and data flow
- Write clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports with evidence, expected vs. actual result, and severity
- Review logs when needed and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
- Support regression testing, release validation, and post-release checking
- Help improve team quality discipline around acceptance criteria, definition of done, release readiness, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in manual QA / software testing for web, mobile, or platform products
- Strong ability to write test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
- Good understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement validation
- Able to use basic SQL queries to verify and validate data during testing
- Able to perform API testing using tools such as Postman
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot edge cases, logic gaps, and unclear requirements
- Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
- Good communication skills and confidence in asking questions when something is unclear
Nice to have:
- Experience testing healthcare, clinic, operations, or workflow-based systems
- Familiarity with logs review and basic troubleshooting with developers
- Experience using AI tools to support test preparation
- Interest in learning or growing into test automation in the future
