QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)

About the role

This is a Quality Assurance role responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures
• Monitor quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues
• Analyze quality problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Implement and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with Production, QC, SQA, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues
• Follow up on customer complaints and support corrective actions when required
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related position
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control processes
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and problem-solving techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ISO standards or internal quality audits is an advantage
• Good command of English is an advantage
