QA Engineer - Refrigerator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve in-process quality issues by performing Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Support and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems.
• Conduct Process Audits and follow up on corrective actions for found non-conformances.
• Create and update quality inspection documents, including Inspection Standards.
• Track and drive the reduction of waste, including defects, rework, and scrap on production lines.
• Drive Quality Improvement and Cost Reduction activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Production, or a related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in QA, QC, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Skilled in utilizing precision measuring tools.
• Good English communication skills.
