QA Engineer (Semiconductor/ 5 working days)

Ferrotec Silicon Material (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and capable individual to join our team as a QA Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality operations in strict accordance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and departmental procedures.
• Manage and maintain all quality-related documentation and records.
• Oversee on-site discipline and ensure employees follow standard work procedures within the department.
• Handle document control, management review, and internal audit activities.
• Coordinate and support customer audits, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain and update training materials related to quality management.
• Prepare and submit monthly quality performance summaries and analysis reports to the department.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related functions in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with ISO management systems and quality audit processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
