We are hiring experienced QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers to join our growing Quality Assurance team!

We have 20 openings across two QA tracks, offering opportunities for experienced testers specializing in Functional/Manual Testing as well as QA professionals with CRM experience.

🔹 POSITION 1: Senior QA Engineer – Functional / Manual Testing

Openings: 10
Salary: Up to ₱55,000/month
Experience: 5+ years QA experience
Level: Senior / Lead
Work Setup: Full Onsite – Quezon City
Contract: 2 Years, subject to renewal
Benefits: HMO

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or Test Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing and/or Manual Testing.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Senior or Lead QA role.

• Experience creating and executing:

  • Test Plans
  • Test Cases
  • Test Scenarios
  • Test Scripts
  • Defect Reports

• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential defects and test scenarios.

• Experience working with developers, business analysts, and other technical teams.

• Strong defect tracking and documentation skills.

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute functional and manual testing activities.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
• Perform regression and end-to-end testing.
• Work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve defects.
• Provide testing status, defect reports, and quality updates.
• Support test planning, execution, and release activities.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Ensure software releases meet quality and business requirements.

🔹 POSITION 2: QA Engineer – CRM Testing

Openings: 10
Salary: Up to ₱80,000/month
Experience: 5+ years QA + 3+ years CRM experience
Work Setup: Full Onsite – Quezon City
Contract: 2 Years, subject to renewal

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or Test Engineer.
• Experience in Functional, Manual, and/or Automation Testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with any CRM platform.
• Experience testing CRM applications, workflows, integrations, or business processes.
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and regression testing.
• Experience working with business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing of CRM-related processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

CRM Experience

Any CRM platform is acceptable, including but not limited to:

• Salesforce
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• SAP CRM
• Oracle CRM
• HubSpot
• Zoho CRM
• ServiceNow
• Siebel
• Other enterprise or customized CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for CRM applications and business processes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate CRM workflows, data, configurations, integrations, and user processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, CRM specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Support test planning and execution for enhancements, releases, and new implementations.
• Perform data validation and ensure system behavior aligns with business requirements.
• Participate in defect triage and root-cause analysis.
• Provide testing status and quality reports to project stakeholders.

Common Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to work full onsite in Quezon City.
