QA Engineer Supervisor

• Implement Quality Assurance standards, policies, procedures, and work methodologies in the performance of tasks and monitor compliance.
• Evaluate the adequacy of the quality assurance standard
• Document Quality assurance activities and preparation of reports
• ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, verified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the system.
• Evaluate audit findings, prepare and implement appropriate corrective actions and preventive actions
• Coordinate and provide support to QA Heas and act as WMR on various audits relating to ISO 9001
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Oversees and monitors the performance of Quality Inspectors.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Experienced in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of QMS - ISO 9001
• Technical Knowledge in equipment & testing devices
