We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to own testing of our patient-centric apps and internal systems like patient management, consultation, e-commerce pharmacy and HRMS. You'll ensure our platforms are reliable, secure, and provide a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed test cases, test plans, and execute manual and automated tests
• Conduct end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing
• Log defects with detailed documentation and steps
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes
• Perform mobile + web testing across devices and browsers
• Work with product team on release sign-offs and UAT testing

Skills Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and APIs
• Tools: Postman, JIRA, Selenium (if automation), BrowserStack (cross-device testing)
• Ability to write clear bug reports, test data, and documentation
• Knowledge of agile processes and the healthcare domain is a plus

Good to Have

• Experience with testing video consultation or healthcare software
• Familiarity with security test scenarios
• Comfort with test automation tools
