As an Automation Tester at Pointwest, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software products. You will collaborate with development teams, report defects, and contribute to improving test frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium, Appium, Tosca, or QTP

● Identify and report software defects using tracking systems

● Collaborate closely with developers and QA team members

● Contribute to the development and enhancement of automation frameworks

● Participate in Agile and DevOps practices

● Continuously learn and mentor others in automation best practices

Qualifications
● Senior Level:

○ Proficient in Tosca, with project experience

○ Strong leadership and client-facing background

○ Skilled in test frameworks and performance testing

● Mid Level:

○ Experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Playwright, and Cypress)

○ Solid scripting and automation testing experience

○ Agile-savvy with good problem-solving skills

● Junior Level:

○ Willing to shift to automation and train in Tosca

○ Preferably with development or manual QA experience

○ Fast learner with strong analytical thinking
