Qualifications and Skills

Technical Knowledge & Skills

· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing techniques.

· Solid organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate and build win-win solutions.

· Experience with risk management and/or risk-based testing approaches.

· Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

· Effective facilitation, presentation, and test management skills.

· Experience in test automation and SQL is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience.

· Experience testing interactive web applications.

· Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team environments.
