What they need
Responsibilities:
- Performs investigate and analyze warranty claim for all OEM customer and group company.
- Performs warranty analysis report and present to OEM customer and group company
- Leader to contact OME customer for warranty activity and related job
- Analysis warranty charge cost information from customer and feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field
- At least 2 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or engineering job
- Experience in automotive manufacturing business
- Well understanding in IATF 16949:2001, APQP, PPAP, Core Tool, FMEA
- Well understanding in Drawing GD&T
- Basic communication in English is a must
