What they need
Experience in Software Development and Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall/Agile).
Experience in testing applications developed on the Pega Platform (Pega Infinity, Customer Service, Smart Dispute, BPM applications).
Strong understanding of Pega Case Management, Business Rules, Workflows, Integrations, Decisioning, and Reporting.
Hands-on experience in Test Automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation frameworks.
Experience leading automation initiatives and driving automation adoption across multiple projects and teams.
Experience with writing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and hands-on Test Execution.
Experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, QMetry, or similar tools.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
