QA Executive

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.

· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/FMCG or equivalent.

· Have good communication skills with the right attitude, high learning agility and willing to take on challenges.

· Required language(s) : Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

· Required Skill(s): MS. Office.

· Preferably specialised in Quality control/ assurance or equivalent.

· Preferably good knowledge in ISO/GMP.

· Candidates with “Certified Halal Executive” certification will have an added advantage.

· Candidates must be willing to work in Kapar.

· Problem-solving capabilities.

· Strong team player.

Roles/ Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, monitor product quality framework and performance as one of the important pillar to strengthen the organization

· Review and do improvement and maintain quality management system according management expectation.

· Planning and schedule all the training for the year.

· Monitoring production work to ensure the achievement of the required quality standard set.

· Lead and monitoring overall quality checking work to ensure effective implementation at the production floor.

· Accountable for trouble- shooting on quality issues, recommends effective solutions and drive for corrective action.

· Plan, coordinate and participate in review of production operations and procedures to identify areas for improvement, perform production inspections and quality reporting.

· Liaise with customers on requirements, regulations and quality issues.

· Monitoring on all the complaint and replied.

· Monitoring on all the quality checking methods whether follow the requirement procedure and specification.

· To monitoring on the review of system, procedure and process on quarterly.

· Accountable to all quality audit. (customers / internal and external auditor / ISO / Sedex / JKKP )

· Analyse improve process of product quality by liaising with all the division in charge person.

· Monitoring on all the improvement quality plan are implement.

· To assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
