QA Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to define new product packaging declaration (ingredient and allergen advice) based on recipe provided by R&D.
2. Responsible to issue new product specification (Ingredient list, Percentage & Allergens).
3. Ensure effectiveness of Sanitation Program by ATP Swab, Protein Swab and residue test.
4. Conduct validation and study case for continually improvement of in plant hygiene.
5. Laboratory Control and Management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 years of QA experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent level.
3. Experience in quality auditing and documentation– GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Quality System.
4. Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
5. Initiative and self-motivated.
6. Applicants must be willing work in Bukit Pasir, Muar Johor.
