QA Executive

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular quality inspections and testing of products at various stages of the manufacturing process
• Documenting test results and quality data in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Identifying quality issues and non-conformances, and recommending corrective and preventative actions
• Liaising with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards
• Maintaining and calibrating quality control equipment and testing instruments
• Preparing quality reports and presenting findings to management
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies
• Supporting internal and external audits related to quality management systems
• Training and coaching production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Investigating product complaints and initiating corrective actions where necessary

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC or equivalent
• Strong understanding of quality testing procedures, sampling methods, and statistical analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards
• Proficiency in using quality control equipment and testing instruments
• Competence in data recording, analysis, and report preparation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Quality Management, or a related field are preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector is advantageous
