QA Executive

The QA Executive is responsible for ensuring food safety, quality compliance, and adherence to company standards throughout the production process. The role involves monitoring quality systems, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and supporting audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Verify cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation.
• Monitor CCPs (Critical Control Points) and take corrective actions when required.
• Conduct personnel hygiene and hygiene compliance checks.
• Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, and CAPA implementation.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRCGS, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train employees on food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, CAPA, ISO 22000, and Food Safety Management Systems.

Pay: From ₹285,568.75 per year
