QA Executive

1. Responsible for monitoring the management system strategy and arrangements for key milestones by implement relevant procedure as per described in the Quality Management System to established SOP, GMP, GDP and GLP practices and regulatory requirements.

2. Conducts Quality Risk Management (QRM) analysis as per SOP.

3. Resolves day-to-day issues related to QMS from cross functional departments like QC/ Production/ Warehouse/ Engineering etc.

4. Coordinates and supports internal audit and ensure procedures and practices are in line with the requirements.

5. Maintains documentation control system.

6. Handles and manages major QMS handling systems such as Deviations, Recall, CAPA. Incident report, Product Complaint, Internal Audit etc.

7. Prepare and review quality documents including SOPs and Quality Manual.

8. Assist in investigation and follow up of production issues and deviations.

9. Monitor production process whenever required.

10. Provides basic GMP training.

11. Performs tasks as per instructed by superior whenever required.

12. Review and check Batch Manufacturing Record and one of the authorized personnel in approving Final Products.

13. Supervise and support QMS team members in daily tasks and improvement.

14. Review and approved documents on behalf of QA Manager

Requirements

1. Minimum in Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Science/ Pharmaceutical or equivalent.

2. Knowledge in Quality Management System e.g. GMP/ ISO9001/ etc is added advantage.

3. Knowledge in Qualification & Validation is added advantage.

4. Well versed in documentation handling.

5. Excellent communication and writing skills.
