QA Industrial Engineer Staff

• 1. Monitor quality standards that suppliers must adhere to. These standards should be in line with the organization's overall quality standards and must communicate these standards clearly to the suppliers and ensure they understand the expectations.
• 2. Conducting Quality Audits to assess whether suppliers are meeting the set quality standards and must also collaborate with the suppliers to address any quality issues identified during the audits.
• 3. Monitoring and Managing Supplier Performance which involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, defect rates, and customer satisfaction. Handles why-why issuance and monitoring through QASEM (Quality Assurance System Effectiveness and Monitoring)
• 4. Resolving Quality Issues related to suppliers reject. This involves investigating the root cause of the problem, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that the issue does not occur again in the future.
• 5. Continuously review and improve supplier control processes to ensure that products meet the organization's quality standards. This may involve implementing new quality control methods, adopting new technologies, or identifying new suppliers with better quality standards.
• 6. Handles onsite schedule for printing in supplier side such as Printwell, Linocraft, Fongshann and Koufu.
• 7. Monitor printing schedule and urgent requirement for onsite inspection.
• 8. Coordinate with Purchasing and other concern department for any encountered problem.
• 9. Develop and Conduct Training Programs for inspectors. This includes both theoretical and practical training, where the inspectors learn about the various processes, procedures, and techniques used in the company.
• 10. Evaluate trainees and provide feedback. Responsible in evaluating the trainees and their performance during the training period. This helps in identifying any gaps in their knowledge or skills, which can then be addressed through additional training or coaching. And feedback helps the trainees to understand their strengths and weaknesses and work on improving their skills.
• 11. Update Training Materials, as technology and processes evolve, she is responsible to ensure that the training materials are updated regularly. This includes updating the training manuals, presentations, and other materials used during the training sessions.
• 12. Collaborate with the technical team for the item evaluation which affects quality standard.
• 13. Attend meetings and trainings as required.
