What they need
Key responsibilities
- Randomly collect samples from finished goods based on established sampling methodology (AQL and/or LTPD)
- Perform inspection and physical tests on samples based on established SOPs
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices in the performance of inspection activities
- Submit FG inspection reports and Finished Goods Transfer Slip (FGTS) to QA Supervisor
- Attach quality sticker for products upon release or reject of samples
- Conduct verification of the completeness of BPR/PDR forwarded by Production Department
- Maintain all records of inspection and audit
- Collect samples for retention, stability study and batch notification (if applicable)
- Maintain records and inventory of retention samples
- Handle and maintain QA Retention Area
About you
- College undergraduate or graduate
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing QA/QC Inspection, FG Inspection, GMP
- Efficient worker with good inspection skills
- Good writing and communication skills
