About the role
To ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and established procedures through effective monitoring, inspection, testing, and verification activities to maintain product quality, safety, and process integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products with approved specifications and GMP requirements.
- Perform inspection, testing, and release activities for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor, control, and document non-conforming materials and products in accordance with approved procedures.
- Conduct process monitoring, verification, and validation activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping practices within production and warehouse areas to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
