Job Description:
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
- Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOP’s for the inspection function.
- Checking the quality and the appearance of fish.
- Conducts GMP audit inside production to ensure the proper and consistent implementation of the sanitation and food safety programs
- Helps enforce cleanliness and sanitation in the plant and in the area of responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying process/product defects
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Food Technology, Food Science, or Biology.
- Knowledge in seafood manufacturing operations; basic Sensory evaluation, computer operations, GMP, HACCP, FSMS
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience
