QA INSPECTOR (CONTRACT 6 MONTHS)

INCOMING QUALITY INSPECTION:

• To perform measurement / cosmetic inspection accordance to the job assigned by QA Leader.
• To ensure correct part received versus the Delivery Order and Part Drawing before commenced the inspection.
• To ensure the require incoming part inspected accordance to the part drawing and/or documented product specification / information’s.
• To record inspection results in the inspection report/record.
• To follow the Incoming Quality Assurance procedure and/or available work instruction.
• To identify those accepted, rejected, on-hold part/material upon complete inspection.
• To report to QA Leader and/or superior on daily activities status and escalate if encounter any obstacles or abnormalities on product/part/material.
• To ensure the measuring equipment’s/tools used in good condition.
• To emphasize & adhere on housekeeping, safety requirements and follow company rules & regulations.
• To perform any other assignment/task assigned by immediate superior and/or Head of Department.

INPROCESS, OUTGOING QUALITY INSPECTION:

• To perform in-process and/or outgoing quality inspection accordance to the product specification, work instruction, checklist and/or documented product specification information’s.
• To ensure correct part and good product quality release to the next process.
• To record inspection results in the inspection report/record/checklist.
• To ensure the measuring equipment’s/tools used in good condition.
• To follow the In-process, Outgoing Quality Assurance procedure and/or available work instruction.
• To report to QA Leader and/or superior on daily activities status and escalate if encounter any obstacles or abnormalities on product/part/material.
• To stop the production if encounter abnormalities or defect and escalate to his/her superior and production leader/supervisor.
• To emphasize & adhere on housekeeping, safety requirements and follow company rules & regulations.
• To perform any other assignment/task assigned by immediate superior and/or Head of Department.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
