QA Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing for: New packaging, New products, Material changes and related trials
• Record and key in daily production rejection data accurately.
• Key in daily ERP-related data as required by the department.
• Prepare and maintain Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) checklists for every order.
• Record and key in OQA inspection data.
• Act as Document Control Coordinator (DCC) for the ISO Management System, including: Document control, Record maintenance ,Distribution and filing of controlled documents
• Ensure proper filing and organization of all QA and ISO-related records.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including: Photocopying, Laminating, Labelling, Scanning documents.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree student in Quality, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance or ISO systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to handle data entry accurately and systematically.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
