About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

This opportunity is open to students, freshers, and recent graduates who are interested in software testing and quality assurance. No prior work experience is required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have good analytical skills, and are passionate about delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
• Execute test cases to identify bugs, defects, and unexpected behavior.
• Perform functional, regression, and basic usability testing.
• Document test results and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce them.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to investigate and resolve issues.
• Help prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionality continues to work as expected.
• Learn and follow software testing best practices and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, software applications, and web technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good problem-solving and observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curiosity to explore applications and identify potential issues.

Note: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or other testing tools is an advantage but is not required.
