QA Intern/Engineer

• Understand business and functional requirements.

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Test web applications across different browsers and screen resolutions.

• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.

• Perform defect retesting and verification after fixes.

• Maintain test cases and testing documentation.

• Participate in requirement discussions and clarify ambiguities.

• Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman.

• Validate UI, forms, validations, error messages, workflows, and business rules.

• Perform basic database validation using SQL.

• Support senior QA engineers during release and regression testing.

• Maintain daily/weekly testing status and communicate testing progress.

• Follow the organization s QA processes and standards. Must have Skills:

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Basic understanding of mobile application testing.

**Ideal Candidate:**The ideal candidate should be curious, detail-oriented, patient, and willing to challenge the application rather than simply verify that it works. They should be able to think of positive, negative, boundary, and unusual scenarios while testing.
