;Key Responsibilities

• ;Lead and manage QA activities across projects.
• ;Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• ;Plan, estimate, and monitor testing activities.
• ;Oversee functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• ;Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
• ;Work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• ;Review requirements and provide QA inputs.
• ;Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation.
• ;Monitor QA metrics and maintain necessary testing documentation.
• ;Mentor and guide QA team members.
• ;Ensure quality standards are followed throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

;Required Skills & Experience

• ;68 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
• ;Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• ;Experience in leading and mentoring QA team members.
• ;Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• ;Knowledge of Java, Python, C, C++, or any relevant programming/scripting language will be an added advantage.
• ;Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
• ;Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• ;Experience in test planning, defect management, and QA reporting.
• ;Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• ;Work from Office is mandatory for this role.
