QA Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / Test Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Functional, API, Database, and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving QA activities, identifying risks early, and contributing technically to automation, API testing, and modern application testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in Functional, API, Database, and Automation Testing.
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Good understanding of RBAC, role-based permissions, and authorization testing.
• Experience testing multi-tenant applications and organization-level data isolation.
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing and API automation.
• Validate API workflows, authentication, authorization, negative scenarios, and database data.
• Experience with SQL / Database Testing.
• Good understanding of Shift-Left Testing and early defect identification during refinement and development.
• Experience testing Microservices-based applications and service-to-service integrations.
• Strong automation experience using Playwright / JavaScript / TypeScript or equivalent.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and build maintainable automation suites.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to handle scenario-based problem solving and real-world testing situations.
• Good communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on QA Lead who can independently drive testing activities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, identify quality risks early, and contribute to building reliable and maintainable automation solutions.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
