Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Engineer with strong expertise in

Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in

Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST Assured, Postman, MongoDB, and JMeter.

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end QA activities across SDLC/STLC.

● Define test strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test reports.

● Lead Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, UAT, and E2E

Testing.

● Develop and maintain UI automation using Playwright.

● Develop API automation using REST Assured and perform API testing using Postman.

● Perform MongoDB/NoSQL database validation and backend testing.

● Perform Load, Stress, and Performance Testing using JMeter.

● Test REST APIs, Microservices, third-party integrations, and end-to-end workflows.

● Manage defects, triage, RCA, retesting, and closure using JIRA.

● Integrate automation with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

● Monitor QA progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness.

● Mentor QA engineers and ensure QA standards and best practices.

Key KRAs

● Quality & Release: Ensure testing completion, release readiness, and minimize

production defects.

● Automation: Improve Playwright and REST Assured automation coverage and stability.

● API & Database: Ensure API validation and MongoDB data consistency.

● Performance: Execute JMeter performance and load testing.

● Team Leadership: Plan QA activities, mentor team members, and review deliverables.

● Defect & Risk Management: Drive defect triage, RCA, and risk mitigation.

● Process Improvement: Promote Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Testing, Automation,

and Quality Engineering.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
