QA Leader

Job Purpose:

Monitor and control the quality performance of parts produced and delivered by SGST to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer target:

 Internal Audit, Customer Audit, Homologation Audit

Main responsibilities:-

• Responsible for Quality Management System (QMS)
• To achieve Customer quality target.
• To achieve Customer satisfaction expectation.
• Follow up and close NC/CAR from all audit system.
• Improvement internal Quality performance.
• Control laboratory system.
• Control supplier Quality and continue improvement.
• Handle customers complain and support when customer request.
• Ensure the PPM level to be below customer’s target and continuous reducing
• Follow up corrective and preventive action and also impact to concerning model
• Regular visit to customer to ensure their satisfaction level.
• This position is the customer representative who instruct follow supplier quality manual  and standard given by each customer
• This position can decide on quality problem issue.
• This position can negotiate with the customer on quality issue.
• This position can approve to send glass out in case of quality issue.
• Participate in cross functional teams to implement IATF 16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PSW).
• Ensure compliance with management systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S, CCCF, and internal IT policies.
• Support and contribute to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) targets and continuous operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree of Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Quality Management System 3-5 years. Familiar with Automotive Business.
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO9001
• Knowledge of Internal Audit for ISO/IATF-16949
• Knowledge of VDA6.3
• Knowledge of homologation requirement (Ex: R43, TIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality tools (EX: SPC, 8D, 7 tools, metrology, etc.)
• Depth Knowledge of Customer Requirement (standard)
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication skill, presentation skill and Interpersonal Skill.
• Have negotiation skill with any level inside the company, customer, and outsider.
• Have leadership skill, Direction/Coaching tools, team motivation.
• Good Command of English language.
• Computer literacy.
