QA Leader

该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位目标Purpose of the job: 】 The QC team is responsible for conducting the entire process of inspection and testing from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that all shipped products meet the quality standards and customer requirements. Through data analysis and process improvement, they continuously reduce quality costs and prevent major quality incidents. 【主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:】

• Comprehensive management of daily work plans and resource arrangements for incoming materials, production processes, and outgoing inspection.
• Take the lead in the entire process of identifying non-conforming products and ensure their control.
• Review and evaluate QA related documents. Make sure the content is suitable for our internal process and measurement.
• Control quality related scrap within company set target
• Weekly/Monthly /annually reports prepare and review.
• Lead quality meeting for driving internal continuous improvements. 【岗位经验/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience:】
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience
• Minimum 5years solid experience in quality management
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
• Understand the core systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001, as well as the main tools like NSA and SPC
• Have a certain level of English reading and writing skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Access
• Good skills on communication
• Understand various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and two-dimensional gauges.
